     Insert a new bill section to read:                                                                                         
"* Sec. 10. AS 16.05.330 is amended by adding a new subsection to                                                             
read:                                                                                                                           
         (i)  Displaying proof of a license on an electronic device                                                             
     under (g) of this section does not constitute consent for a peace                                                          
     officer to access other contents of the electronic device."
